BILLING - LAST DAY OF THE MONTH
If this can’t be completed on the last day of the month, inform Practice Manager
UPDATE INVOICE SETTINGS
- Log in as Cory 
- Settings —> Billing —> Client billing and insurance —> Switch automatic invoice generation to “Daily” 
- This will generate invoices in the nightly cycle - and then tomorrow it will be switched back 
AUDIT NO-SHOW / LATE-CANCEL
- Review monthly calendar - check for “red” sessions 
- Check red sessions to confirm that they are billed properly (50% of session fee for commercial insurance clients and $0 for public insurance clients) 
- For public insurance clients, confirm number of NoShow/LateCancel in the last 12 months and confirm Admin Note is accurate
