BILLING - LAST DAY OF THE MONTH

If this can’t be completed on the last day of the month, inform Practice Manager

UPDATE INVOICE SETTINGS

  1. Log in as Cory

  2. Settings —> Billing —> Client billing and insurance —> Switch automatic invoice generation to “Daily”

  3. This will generate invoices in the nightly cycle - and then tomorrow it will be switched back

AUDIT NO-SHOW / LATE-CANCEL

  1. Review monthly calendar - check for “red” sessions

  2. Check red sessions to confirm that they are billed properly (50% of session fee for commercial insurance clients and $0 for public insurance clients)

  3. For public insurance clients, confirm number of NoShow/LateCancel in the last 12 months and confirm Admin Note is accurate
