CONFIRM the session was coded as 90791 - diagnostic session.

CONFIRM client has (for couples, both clients have) completed ALL intake materials (see below for instructions).

CONFIRM the client has a credit card on file.

1. To audit intake materials, go to the client’s page in SimplePractice, next to “Overview”, click “Files”.

2. Make sure “Status” says completed for all intake documents.

3. If any documents aren’t completed, email help@bothsides
